DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE

Deliveries made through Nova Poshta (client pays the postage fee according to the postal rates, without payment on the website).

DELIVERY AROUND THE WORLD

To send international orders from Ukraine, we use Nova post Global courier companies. The cost of this service is calculated based on the tariffs of the carrier companies and is paid when ordering the goods. Customs payments for delivery within the EU may be in the amount specified by the customs services of the country of delivery.


Due to the military aggression against Ukraine, we do not deliver to Russia and Belarus.

PAYMENT

All goods are sold exclusively with a 100% prepayment. When purchasing selected products on the online store's website or at one of the points of sale, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

Cash
You can pay in cash during a personal visit and pickup from our outlets.

MasterCard or Visa
You can pay for the goods using a card at our points of sale.

Plata by mono
You can pay for goods in our online store through the Plata by mono service using Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a received product of good quality for a similar one within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met in aggregate:

  • The product has not been used, and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the Buyer along with the sold product have been preserved.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, such as custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or certificates.
