ROÁR products are made of premium Italian fabrics that will last for many years. To ensure that your favorite product remains flawless for as long as possible, it is important to provide it with delicate care.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Hand wash with cool water (up to 30 °C).

• Use delicate detergents without bleach.

• Do not twist or rub — lightly squeeze out the water with a towel.

• Dry on a horizontal surface in the shade, avoiding direct sunlight.

• After contact with seawater or chlorine, rinse in clean water.

• Avoid contact with rough surfaces, such as stones, pebbles, and concrete pool surfaces, as this may cause fabric deformation.

• Store in a dry, ventilated place with frequent air circulation (never in a plastic bag!) to avoid moisture accumulation.

            DON’T DO:

• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach.

• Do not leave rolled up when wet.

• Do not pack or store wet.

• Do not stretch or pull the product with force.

NOTES:

• Some sunscreen lotions and suntan oils may stain or damage products. We recommend that you take extra care when using these products and always make sure they are completely dry before coming into contact with the fabric of swimwear, woven or mesh products.

• We recommend that you wash your products immediately after use.

WICKER ITEMS:

In addition to the above, please DO NOT WET wicker products to avoid loss of color and shape, as well as the presentation of the product. DRY CLEAN ONLY!

How to track your order (TTN):

What to do if the parcel is damaged/lost:

We carefully pack each order. If the parcel has been damaged or has not reached you, please write to us.

Important: if you notice damage to the packaging or signs of loss upon receipt, please do not take the parcel from the post office. Take photos of the damage and send them to us so we can resolve the situation quickly.

If possible, immediately file a claim or complaint with the delivery service as the recipient — this will significantly speed up the review process.

If our involvement is required, we will definitely assist in resolving the issue.
