How to track your order (TTN):
After placing an order, the customer receives an SMS with the TTN number on their phone. For a duplicate TTN, you can contact our managers on Instagram and Telegram
What to do if the parcel is damaged/lost:
We carefully pack each order. If the parcel has been damaged or has not reached you, please write to us.
Important: if you notice damage to the packaging or signs of loss upon receipt, please do not take the parcel from the post office. Take photos of the damage and send them to us so we can resolve the situation quickly.
If possible, immediately file a claim or complaint with the delivery service as the recipient — this will significantly speed up the review process.
If our involvement is required, we will definitely assist in resolving the issue.
